A short bio of music producer Soundaholik
Freek aka Soundaholik (born in Amsterdam, 1984) is a versatile and talented music producer who knows how to get the best out of every production in various genres. His musical journey began at a young age; he played the horn, piano, guitar, saxophone, and drums in various bands. At twelve, he received a floppy disk with the music program Cubasis (the predecessor to Steinberg’s Cubase), with which he began experimenting with trance and hip-hop beats for friends. This passion grew into a deep expertise in composing and producing hip-hop, drum ‘n bass, techno, jazz-funk and film scores.
To truly understand the impact of sound, Freek trained as an Audio Engineer/Music Producer, graduating with top marks. As a true system-thinker he is known for his problem-solving skills, keen eye for detail, and talent for translating musical ideas into technical perfection. His natural communication skills also make him an excellent teacher, mentor, and coach for anyone who wants to get the most out of their music production.
