License Agreement for Audio Content

By purchasing audio samples or downloading free audio samples from Soundaholik or an authorized company that provides Soundaholik audio sample downloads, you are expressly agreeing to and independently of this License Agreement. Please read the terms of this license agreement carefully.

Sound clips (sound files) from Soundaholik.com are licensed, not sold, to you for use in music productions, and Soundaholik reserves all other rights not owned by you. Unlawful copying, duplicating, selling, lending, renting, hiring, broadcasting, uploading or downloading to any database, newsgroups, servers, computers, file sharing services or distribution of Soundaholik’s audio files is strictly prohibited. Any addition to this license will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of international law.

You may use Soundaholik sound files within your compositions for both commercial and non-commercial use.

The licensor (Soundaholik) cannot be held responsible if the sound files do not fit the specific purpose of the licensee (you). The sound files are licensed “as is” without warranty of any kind. The licensor shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of sound files licensed by Soundaholik in any form. The Licensor shall not be held responsible for any and all interruptions that may be confirmed by the use of the sound files in Licensee’s music compositions and productions.

The use of custom Soundaholik sound files, such as but not limited to video game soundtracks, slot machines, is not allowed. Soundaholik sound files can be used individually or in combination with other files to create alternative sample packs of child sample companies.

Licensees may use the sound files in compositions such as creating demos, songs, albums, records, remixes, commercials, jingles, post-productions, commissioned pieces, soundtracks for film, theatre, musicals, production music libraries, TV and live performance.

Downloading a Soundaholik Sample Pack containing free samples from Soundaholik.com constitutes acceptance of all terms of the User License Agreement.

License agreement for presets

By downloading synth presets from Soundaholik or an authorized company that provides Soundaholik synth preset downloads, you expressly agree and accept this license agreement. Be sure to read the terms of this license agreement carefully.

Soundaholik.com synth presets are licensed, not sold, to you for use in music productions only, and Soundaholik reserves all other rights not expressly granted to you. Unlawfully copying, duplicating, selling, lending, renting, hiring, broadcasting, uploading or downloading to any database, newsgroups, servers, computers, file sharing services or otherwise distributing Soundaholik’s presets is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of this license will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of international law. You may use Soundaholik synth presets in your compositions for both commercial and non-commercial use.

The licensor (Soundaholik) cannot be held responsible if the synth presets do not fit the licensee’s (you) specific purpose. The synth presets are licensed “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of any synth presets licensed in any form by Soundaholik. The Licensor cannot be held responsible for any infringements that may arise from the use of the Synth Presets within the Licensee’s musical compositions and productions.

The use of isolated Soundaholik synth presets, such as but not limited to video game soundtracks, slot machines, is not allowed. Soundaholik synth presets may not be used alone or in combination with other sound files to create alternative preset packs or audio packs by competing sample companies.

Licensees may use the synth presets in compositions such as creating demos, songs, albums, records, remixes, commercials, jingles, post-productions, commissioned pieces, soundtracks for film, theatre, musicals, production music libraries, TV and live performance.

By completing the purchase or download of a Soundaholik Preset Pack, you accept all terms of the User License Agreement.
